Delamere Toy Library wins £500 donation

Delamere Toy Library is the November winner of our charity draw. The organisation offers
an inclusive play environment where parents or carers of disabled children can relax while the children play with the wide selection of toys.

The charity was nominated by Craig Harrop, Corporate & Business Banking Marketing Manager, Brand and Marketing, The Co-operative Financial Services.

“As a parent of a disabled child, I have experienced at first hand the value that this local charity provides to parents. This support network was particularly important to my wife and I soon after discovering our child’s disabilities and continues to be important as our child grows up utilising the resource.

I also know that a donation will make a significant difference to the charity as it will allow them to purchase new equipment and help the continuation of the service they provide, particularly as sources of support become harder to access in the current financial climate .”
